13th International Conference on Vacuum Science and Engineering Application
August 13th to 16th, 2017

The 13th International Conference on Vacuum Science and Engineering Application, which is sponsored by Vacuum Metallurgy Committee of Chinese Vacuum Society (CVS-VMC), Vacuum Engineering Committee of CVS(CVS-VEC), Vacuum Consultancy Committee of CVS(CVS-VCC) and Vacuum Technology and Physics Laboratory, will be held in Northeastern University from August 13 ~ 16 of 2017. Formerly known as International Conference on Vacuum Metallurgy and Surface Engineering, the series of conferences are held every two years, having the participant delegates among the globe. It has a high academic impact on the research fellow and engineers in the field of vacuum science, technology and engineering. The organizers had published the series of conference proceedings via the publishing house from 2007 to 2015.
The 13th International Conference on Vacuum Science and Engineering Application will invite famous experts and scholars in the globe to present their latest achievements. The conference will also organized academical group sessions. The industrial tour will be organized to some related plants and factories during the conference. The conference will publish the proceeding of the paper (abstract).  In cooperation with Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology, Chinese Vacuum, Vacuum and Cryogenics and other journals, excellent papers will be recommended to the journals.
Meanwhile, the Joint Annual Meeting of CVS-VMC, CVS-VEC, CVS ¨CVCC and the Editorial Board Meeting of Chinese Vacuum will be held during the conference.

7. Registration and Fees
(1) The registration table will be set up on the first floor of the NEU International Hotel on 13 Aug 2017. Registering in cash or by bank transfer will both be OK.
(2) Registration fee: RMB 1200 per person, RMB 800 per person for students, RMB 800 per person for accompanying family members. The registration fee includes materials, meals, transportation during the convention, tour, souvenirs, etc.
